      Can I access a transcript of the conversation?

      You can download a complete transcript of your conversation through the Session menu.

      From within an active patient conversation

      1. Click Session at the top right of the application.
      2. Click Download Transcript
      3. Select either CSV or JSON format.
      4. The transcript will automatically download to your device. 


      Note that transcripts can only be download while the conversation is still active. If you attempt to leave the conversation prior to downloading, you will be prompted to download it. Once the conversation is Ended, the transcript cannot be accessed.
