Getting Started with Conversations via Web Browser

How to start a conversation from your web browser using an existing GMS account.

Follow these steps to initiate an ad hoc Conversation session in your web browser. 

1. In a web browser, navigate to https://system.gigxr.com.
2. Log in using your GigXR username and password.
3. Click Conversations in the left menu.
4. Scroll down to the module for Conversations Web App
5. Click Conversations Launch Web App to launch the application in a new browser window.
6. Click Select New Patient to view the list of virtual patients.
7. Review the list of patients, and select one.
8. Review the details of the patient, and click Start Conversation
9. You may now start asking the patient questions either by using your microphone*, or typing your questions into the chat window.
