If you saved a session or plan by mistake, or it's no longer needed, how can you remove it from your and everyone's view in the GMS?
Due to the way data is logged in the GigXR system, it's not possible to "delete" a saved session or saved plan. However, that doesn't mean it needs to continue to clog your view.
The owner (creator) of the session or plan needs to edit it and select Private for Permission then Save Changes. Then click on ARCHIVE. This will effectively remove the session or plan from everyone's view.
NOTE: Users in the Institution Admin role will still be able to see these items.
