Microphone is not picking up my voice

  • Confirm you have given your browser access to your microphone.
  • Check Settings to confirm the Input Device.

Patient’s response is not audible

  • Patient voice is only supported on desktop browsers. Mobile browsers may not play the audio.
  • Check Settings to confirm the Output Device. Your system may be sending the audio to headphones, or another speaker.
