The quick answer here is that, if you can find the apps in your device's AppStore or PlayStore, then it generally is compatible with your device. On iOS products, you may find the app, but there is a message in the AppStore listing that indicates it is not compatible with your device. On Android devices will filter out incompatible apps, so if you are unable to find the apps in your PlayStore, then the device is not compatible.
Be sure you are spelling the name of the app correctly when you search for it. You may have more success searching by developer, i.e. "gigxr".

Apps on the GigXR platform (HoloPatient, HoloHuman, HoloScenarios, Insight Heart Enterprise, etc.) are compatible with a wide variety of iOS and Android mobile devices. These are separate apps from the HoloLens apps which are found in the Microsoft Store on HoloLens.
At this time there are no GigXR apps which run on a Windows desktop, laptop, phone, or tablet.
There are several criteria which must be met for a mobile device to successfully run the AR apps for GigXR experiences.
Operating System: On iOS - You must be running iOS 11.0 or later. On Android - You must be running Android 7.0 or later. (Some phones will require Android 8.0)
Mobile devices must have at least 2 cameras to properly process depth and spatial positioning
