All GigXR applications require a solid connection to the Internet, and must have direct access to GigXR's servers to function.
If you encounter issues logging in, and you have verified that your login credentials are correct, then your device may not have access to GigXRs servers.

2. After confirming you are connected to the Internet, if you still see a "connecting to server" message in the application, or are having trouble logging in, your organization may need to provide access to GigXRs servers.
