Do all users have the same features?

Hosts have access to some features that are not available to non-hosts.

Within the Conversations app, Hosts and Participants, defined as any user who is not a Host, will see different features. 

The following features are only visible to the host of the session.

1. Only a Host can end a Session. Non-Hosts may leave, but not end it for all users.
